Klinefelter's syndrome
I don't know what this is, but i noticed Kimber James has this condition.
From my observations I believe it if a transwomen is also born with this infliction it will make them much more passable than a broad shouldered transwoman who will most likely never pass due to masculine bone structure.
Just my thoughts.

Re: Klinefelter's syndrome
Probably should've posted something about Klinefelter syndrome since many won't look it up on wikipedia.

Re: Klinefelter's syndrome
So Freddy... Still looking for a syndrome to explain the undersized dick & other feminine traits you can't seem to convince the boards you don't have? I'm thinking Kimber James can speak for herself. Even if she has a chromosomal difference, I've never seen evidence that she's insecure about it. ...Or anything else for that matter.

So, Freddie- is this something you read, or did you "notice" Kimber's genetic structure looking at her pics?

Re: Klinefelter's syndrome
Considering that severity can vary, it would definitely be interesting if someone did a study on a large group of trans women to see if there is an elevated percentage of XXY compared to the standard male population.
I really doubt I have it though. I have a very feminine frame despite starting hormones at 23 and am slightly above average height, but I've got an IQ in the 150 range and a pretty big peen. Then again, I definitely wouldn't mind being tested to find out.

Re: Klinefelter's syndrome
Karyotyping is used to look at all of the chromosomes in order to assess for aneuploidy (abnormal chromosomes).Abnormalities may consist of a chromosomal deletion, insertion or translocation. It usually takes a week or two for results to be produced when testing a person versus testing a fetus that takes 36-72 hours.
As in Kimber's supposed diagnosis of Klinefelter's, it's merely an insertion. Hope this helps.

Re: Klinefelter's syndrome
I have what would be considered a Klinefelter body type, but I don't have the syndrome. My IQ is in the mid 130's-low 140's. I've tested negative. Some people are just born with feminine features. It doesn't have to be pathologized.
