For me it's several levels. Once I have gotten past the D&D issues, which we should never underestimate, the pleasure and sensations that I experience with a man going bare inside of me makes for a far better experience.

Plus, I am allergic to the material a condom is made from, it cause me intense pain and itching as a reaction to it.

I have to trust the person. Get to know them in advance. Usually I am willing to bareback with chicks more easily than with men. I also wouldn't mind seeing a recent test to make sure said barebacker is clean.
