i may be a bit naive here but i think many online porn pirates are also just good old fashion bastards who like to steal and make money per download from oron (or whatever the kids are using now) or for those seeding torrents, just don't give a fuck about the law because (to my understanding) seeding torrents isn't a money-making thing.

now, as for who owns the file locker sites and where they are investing, that's a different story.
