bailey appears very image conscious and guarded when it comes to social media and forums. if she were here and cared, i'd bet she'd never advertise and only poke around to see what's what. also, there have been reports that bailey, though she needs her fans, actually might loathe them calling her fans fags as such.

sarina, on the other hand...maybe she thinks its a waste of time.

many girls are in the industry but don't post here...why single out these 2? moreover, this forum is owned by grooby and neither girl works with them anymore...they are SMC girls and perhaps they take their exclusivity deals rather seriously. Steven would know through the referral program about click thrus and his take, but he isn't going to be privee to all the details of their accounting dept. SMC offers 50% of rebills. that says nothing of the percentage a model gets of the "multipass" deal nor number of rebills bailey gets. moreover...as no one seems to think it's a problem for an escort to command a particular rate, how can you fault bailey for trying to squeeze every dollar out of a member she can.

finally, the persona bailey projects through her podcasts and such isn't that of a sensitive girl that really cares about her fans therefore i highly doubt that fear is any motivation for her to stay away from here. no criticism can take away the fact that a private group gave her an award whether you think she deserved it or not.

Exactly this. We've managed to sell her site extremely well but we take 50% for the privilege. We also sell Sarina's & Kimber's well. Some of their other sites, not so much. I know the solo side of the market and it's hard for the girls to make much, which is why direct sales clearly are what they're aiming for (and why you see people like Krissy, Michelle Austin, Wendy Summers, Nikka, Tempest, etc on boards like this promoting). I don't know how SMC do their breakdown but I'd expect it would be something like this:

You can break down the remaining 50% ($12.50) into:
Around 10% for credit card billing = $11.25
The remainder would be split between company and model. I don't know what percentage they do but in any case, you've got to expect the models cut to be less that $10 on each sale. Photographers need paying, someone needs to pay the server fees, editors, etc. I think asking members to pay for the clothes for the shoots works two ways - a) a member gets to "please" his fantasy and see her dressed how he wants and b) the model is able to wear a set of clothes for one shoot which would otherwise be financially impossible.

He enjoys thinking he knows what goes on in the industry and makes incorrect assumptions. SMC has had exclusivity deals with some of their models, which in my opinion has impaired those models ability to make money and not helped further their careers (only helping SMC). While Kimber & Bailey, made what I feel was the right decision by limiting their exposures, they already had built up a fan base (both significantly from Grooby) and I think it was a smart decision for them. Yasmin made a decision to simply not do further solo work which is partly what we wanted her for. Sarina has suggested for years she'd work with us but we've just never got it together.
I think most models have recognized that such exclusivity to any company in the TS adult industry is a poor choice. You look at a model like Jessica Fox who has a huge presence, works with all decent companies (and constantly gets work) and doesn't even have her own site as a good example of someone doing it right. You'll start to see models that had been locked into exclusivity bailing out and working with other companies - and I just hope they'll pass on their experiences to new models coming into the industry.
