Obscenity IS banned. They'd have to change the goalposts for what is obscene and what is freedom of speech. Ira Isaac's has just been jailed for producing porn which he claimed was artistic expression - the judge ruled that having a girl shit in another girls mouth and get fucked by a dog, was obscene. Max Hardcore was jailed also for this.

It's actually a thinner line than you may expect.
