First off, Buddhism is not a religion. The idea that "you must believe" does not exist in Buddhism, you are essentially creating your own path based on what works for you. There are many schools of thoughts in Buddhism. The mantra "Nam Myoho Renge Kyo" comes from Nicheren Buddhism. Pleasures of the flesh are not restricted in Nicheran Buddhism. Practicing celibacy and pretending that you don't have sexual desires is living in denial and creates inner conflict. Seeking enlightenment does not mean you must deny yourself of worldly pleasures and live in a cave.

So you meditate and visualize pleasures of the flesh.....pretty sure that's not what it's for....Oh,and it's just creepy.
