Her face is softer due to surgery and hormones. She's also carrying more fat in her chest/shoulder area and her legs, due to hormones, which makes her appearance much more feminine. If you've ever seen her in person though, you'll notice that her shoulders are still a lot broader than a genetic woman's would be. But, there's not much she can do about that. Hormones won't make her shoulders narrower.

Surgery, hormones and also the photography (and photoshop) differences in earlier to later shoots. Mia is blessed with good genes as she's so petite (5ft 6). In my opinion, one of the girls that looks even better in person than on photos.
