It's all relative to your age, imho. These three are all 54, which is younger than I am, so they can't possibly be cougars from my perspective. Sophia Loren, Raquel Welch, Brigette Bardot, Jane Fonda, and Ursula Andress are all cougars from my point of view.

On an absolute scale (where women in their 40s are called cougars), women over 60 pursuing much younger men are called lionesses, or panthers, and women in their 30s pursuing men in their 20s are called cheetahs. Some classify women in their 50s as jaguars.

I figured something out. If we, as fellas, go after a lady beyond her years as a Lioness that would make us hyenas that are scavenging after a cat that's practically dead. Vulture all assets away from potential heirs that are older than we are as well.

Age 13-17: Bobcat
Age 18-21: Wildcat
Age 22-29: Lynx
Age 30-39: Puma
Age 40-49: Cougar
Age 50-59: Jaguar
Age 60-68: Panther
Age 69: Pussycat
Age 70-79: Cheetah
Age 80-89: Leopard
Age 90-99: Tiger
Age 100+: Lion

I don't know about that age 69 Pussycat--where'd that single year come from?--and other scales put cheetah where puma is here, but not a bad list otherwise.
