Yes it does happen in real life. Yet in real life it is not a fantasy or a fairy tale.

I personally know a provider (very very hot provider), that I will not name (and that I hope is not reading this, as I might get in trouble).... that was sold as a kid to a person that raised her to be a TS prostitute.

Said provider never had the option to say no, and would have otherwise probably grown up to be a normal heterosexual man.

My personal theory is that said provider was probably a very gay kid from a very early age, and hence, ...chosen... and sold. (never confirmed, and no, I would not ask).

All honesty, she lives her life as a woman, and that's about it, and appears to be a functioning member of society, yet once you get to know her, you start to see how broken she is inside, and once you understand why... well, you understand.
