What luvblack77 said is quite accurate, as well the recommendations along Tlalpan street. Another place you can go is at Insurgentes avenue between Sonora Street and Nuevo León street. The area is way less sketchy than Tlalpan and the service cost is more less the same. You can find pretty ladies too, but less variety compared with Tlalpan.
