Read a story today about Italian Prime Minister Silvio Burlesconi announced his engagement to 27 year old Francesca Pascale. When I saw the pictures of her I thought "Wow she's fine and there's a certain transsexual quality to her beauty". Got me wondering is it at all possible?

Not sure I understand what you're saying Johnb. It was a legitimate question. If happen to think that she has certain facial features that are more "masculine" for lack of a better term. She looks like she could be one of the girls from Brazil. If you disagree that's ok, that's just my observation.

From the provided pictures I would say no...but it does look like she had some work done and is wearing a lot of make-up. People on this site sometimes associate that look with TS...but the "House Wives of Beverly Hills" types were there first...
