I once went to an REM Concert where the tickets were $5.00 each . You got all the Draft Beer you could drink at that price . A year later i saw U-2 for $15.00 included entry into the amusement park . Well it was $15.00 if you brought 2 empty Coke cans .

Prices in an open market are ultimately set by the supply of, and demand for, the commodity in question.
