Its funny. I know girls who will devour a ridiculous amount of food but they are still in great shape. My girl is putting a few pounds on for lipo to her butt. After she wants to eat ridiculously healthy. I've actually lost about 15 pounds since I have been with her.

I do yoga, probably about 15 hours a week, no joke. But that's more for flexibility (I'm hoping to start performing as a contortionist within the next couple years) and general health, you can just look good with much less time. The key is doing multijoint stength exercises rather than targeted weightlifting, machines, or excessive cardio. This way you're ramping up your metabolism even when sedentary or sleeping. This is the basis of programs like Crossfit, which I'm considering getting into so I can be stronger for yoga. As for diet, I eat a ton (seriously 3,000+ calories a day), but view wheat, dairy, and sugar as indulgences to generally avoid. My blood tests have shown indetectable levels of free testosterone for a while, so I'm sure there's no way I'd have ab definition if I wasn't already living this lifestyle by choice. I think the important the thing is that you don't have to force yourself to do it or it won't last.

Yeah, definitely. I also think people focus too much on weight and dieting. The first step is to find exercise you enjoy, then you'll naturally adjust your diet in order to be able to do it (try doing yoga when you've eaten ice cream the night before...). If you're active enough and in the right ways, you should reach your body's ideal weight. The problem is that this isn't super skinny for everyone, especially women.
