A bit unrelated... I don't want this to play into the wrongful accusation I just made, but it brought up a question. Have any of the models ever submitted pictures, passed review, but when the photographer shows up to do a shoot, it turns out to be someone entirely different? With all the faked provider ads on sites like backpage and craigslist, it just has me wondering if any of the potential models fake as well.

Happens all the time. Less now than it used to but we've had some problems there. Or they submit pics that are so out of date, or so shopped up that they're barely recognisable.
