Which cam site treats you ladies the best?

I've been camming more and more over the past year and have come to really enjoy it. It's a fun way for me to get off. But which cam site offers the best terms to the performer? I'm thinking about factors such as what percentage of the money they take, how much they promote you, whether they use disrespectful terms to describe you, etc.

I ask because if my money is going to someone, I'd rather have it end up in the performer's hands rather than some corporation that's behind the scenes, especially if they didn't have much respect for you. Plus, I selfishly assume that the most fair-minded site is going to have best selection of girls. And that's definitely the site I want to be visiting.

I use adultwork cus their commission rates seem to be the best. Not sure that I like the feeback system on there tho. It is open to abuse to make some performers seem like they are better than others.
