She is one of my all time favoite girls, and I wouldnt mind the site if it had more than a total of maybe 100 pictures. I have helped a lot of girls make independant sites, and I understand that its hard to maintain a site if you are the star attraction. It is really hard to do weekly updates if you dont have a team of people to take photos, digest and format photos, insert them into webpages, advertise the site, run the technical aspect, find and shoot models, purchase clothing, etc. I think the key is to be fair and upfront. A lot of these sites should only charge $9.99 until they get off of their feet.

My personal favorite? Shemale-Yum. COnstant membership because you cant beat the value. There are massive amounts of videos, a easy to use layout [my main gripe with shemaleexotica], and most importantly a variety of girls that damn near anyone would be attracted to.

What is fucking up the webindustry? All these people seeing how cheap it is to run a site with brazilian girls. I know its economical, but damn, do it different. At least with brazilian-transexuals and shemales from hell you get something DIFFERENT instead of the bland cookie cutter brazil format [both sites are a guaranteed at least 1 hardcore set]. I love the grooby variety. Franks-tgirls I like because you can get a personal feel for who he is and he has a good mix of asian, US, and brazil.

Bobs site is ok, but Im not feeling how there are more and more Brazilian girls popping up. but I love the west coast and FL girls that he usually captures. Usually updates on time

TGirlPassion.com - This site fustrates me sometimes. I helped the webmaster redesign the front page and thought I was helping him do the entire site. Gave him some ideas and never heard from him. I would love to be in DR and help him with the site. He has the market monopoly'd in DR, but from talking to him I can tell that most of the girls that he shoots are girls that he considers "his type" and not neccessarily an array of types. I know his circumstances [santo domingo has horrible power] and its amazing how you are guaranteed maybe 2-3 updates a week. They just started doing video and if I could get him to return at least one of my emails then I know I could help, but its a decent site, priced well, not a scam, and youd be surprised at what damn good looking girls are in DR [My country, K LO K!!!!] with a look different from Brazil.

My advice is to go with the grooby sites, you cant really go wrong and get pissed because you feel ripped off. My motto? Unless someone reffered you, dont pay mroe than $15 for an independant.

Im working on the site for a VERY WELL KNOWN black TS here in ATL and its coming out pretty good. Its gonna start at $9.99, and start with about 25-30 full sets [some before her look, where she looked younger] and some good video clips. If I could, I would run a site from PR or DR. You can tell the difference from girls from Brazil, DR, PR, Mexico, Argentina, Spain, etc. Look at some of the girls on Yum. A similar discussion a few months ago on why 95% of shemale videos are made in Brazil. People shoot there because it costs 25% of what it costs in America and generally the girls are easier to work with - less primadonna's and will turn up on time, shoot with good attitude and get paid for a days work.
Those sites you mentioned which are increasing their amount of Brazilian material either need to do it to survive or need to increase their profits. Personally, I think in the long run they'll see a decrease in memberships as many people are looking for non-Brazilian models and thats what made them different. The only time I'll add a few Brazilian models to Yum is if I was down there on a trip and wanted to throw a new angle on it - but 95% of our models in a year are US/Europe based.
Subject of pricing. Solo girls sites need to be reaslistic. They are their own commodity, they don't have to pay for shoots. If "Scary Mary" had her own site there is no reason for her not to have 100 shoots of herself there, as they've cost her nothing. She should be charging less than the bigger websites and putting more personality into it. Usually these solo girls sites are ran by some dude whose promised to make the girl a fortune in return for a BJ.

Well Im glad I have full control of my site , I would rather have just a few hundred members then loose control of what I want my site to do. I know Allanah would agree since there are very few of us left who actually control our site and run it as we want it. I tried to learn from the best, aka Shemaleyum, etc

I do think that the reason people in (almost) 2005 prefer certain webpages is the video content !!!
