i do consider this thread a bit rude but i try to be a chill person so i didnt allow my knickers to get in a bunch.

I PM'ed Seanchai about that because I've noticed it on a lot of threads lately. I don't think there's any kind of logging system to hold habitual down-voters accountable for their troll-like behavior, but it sounds like Seanchai is researching other voting systems which might. I'd prefer not to know who votes on my posts whether I'm given a thumbs up or a thumbs down, but the forum mods and admin should be able to take actions against abusers at their digression.

How can anyone abuse the like/dislike system? They get one vote for whether they like your post. That's it. Who's to say what someone likes or not...

That's a little hard to believe when a single person downvotes every post in a thread with no mind paid to their content. You'd think somebody who so vehemently opposes a topic matter would agree with arguments posed against it. That hasn't been the case, though.
