yes it could be , if you removed all the problematic people humanity can unify as one works in wh40k i am sold on the idea

It would become a dull world - bit like heaven ( I imagine). Problematic people are what makes the place interesting.

An interesting logical problem. Assuming that the greater part of humanity do not wish to be exterminated, then it can only be "good" for the remaining minority - and even that is not guaranteed.

But I digress ....
