I hope they rinsed those plugs out in the sink before putting that kinda mileage on them. Not sure if you change them or they get digested and processed out again.

Nope.....
Thats old school. Times & Technology have changed.
SOME plugs yes.....These, No........ These 14mm plugs are manufactured by NGK...They have SPECIAL coating on them and anti-size is not required. And the whole Anti-seize thing is basically he said she said....Everybody has there OWN way of doing things....
Same thing with motor oil or fuel. Everybody was taught something different.
but back to Anti-Sieze on plugs...NGK released this Bulletin in 2007.
Enlighten yourself.

Re: Change Your Plugs Every 60,000k Folks!
read it carefully, they simply tell you they dont recomend it, then read a little more they tell you why, because most mechanics will overtighten,in other words like everything else in the world they are makin sparkplugs idiot proof,no more real mechanics that have a passion for the work they do,just slap it together,i have been an A mechanic for 22yrs have worked on everything
from soccer mom mini vans to twin turbo porshe's,rebuilt to many transmissions/engines to count have always used anti seize always will, lets agree to disagree
