Are you circumised? if so why? is it because of religous cultural or medical reasons?

Ive noticed in some places its quite common such as the US where its not necessarily done for religous purposes.

That still means it's easier to clean, but I'll agree it's not a very valid reason. Aside from its religious affiliations, circumcision is more-or-less just ornamental. No different than body modification. I can't attest to sex feeling any better because I've been circumcised all of my life. I've got nothin' to compare it to.

I just think it's creepy when people claim that circumcision is cruel or abusive. Female circumcision is screwed up, but male circumcision doesn't prevent orgasm or affect copulation in any regard and it's usually done at such an early age that children don't remember any of the associated trauma.

The problem here is if its done at birth it takes away that persons choice, when the child is of age and they then choose to have it then thats up to them. Theres nothing creepy about wanting to give people choice.
