I have some issues with width in the past with ladies. Pictures are no good, they can't really do a good job at conveying size and width. If that's part of the service you require and it's a dealbreaker then it should be agreed upfront before the appointment commences. If the provider cannot provide it and was aware of the size prior then a refund would be due imho.
