I'm the opposite. I smoke on the daily, but rarely drink. Even when I do, I'm one of those dudes who goes "Oh, I'm tipsy. Better stop drinking". I get hammered once a year just to remind myself why I don't get hammered more often.

I don't think I've gone more than a rare two days smokeless in close to seven years.

I'm OK with sober people but I always avoid someone who's been clean for 2 weeks and is up on his high horse about it. I've engineered a few reverse interventions and tend to be a bad influence also.
