I will take the pro-Kimber James and the like position here. You guys have to remember that you guys and this thread is the vocal minority opinion.

Kimber is a professional escort. guys tend to hire escorts to fulfill a fantasy. That fantasy is almost always huge tits, huge ass, big lips, etc etc. In order to get that look, many surgeries are involved. those surgeries aren't cheap. So the more surgeries you get, the more you look like a fantasy, so the more money you make, so you can then get more surgeries. its like a ball rolling downhill.

so what libby said is 100 percent true. she and every TS (and every GG) has a vision in her mind of what she ideally wants to look like, and the only way to accomplish this is thru surgery.
