RIP the Great Hal David
One half of the great songwriting partnership of Bacharach and David has passed away... but leaves us a wonderful legacy of songs.

Great music
Did not realize he had written 24 Hours From Tulsa.

Proving that lyrics are often more than 50% of the song. And he had a supremely empathetic interpreter in Dionne Warwick. RIP indeed.

Walk on By, The Look of Love, Moonraker...he had so many great songs, particularly those featured on film. RIP but his lyrics live on.
