average rate for a scene is 800dollars for a hardcore and 500 dollars for a solo ... very few companies will pay more than that .. .occassionaly the odd DVD, or studio may offer more ..

the days of people commanding over 1k a scene are long gone for the majority of models ..

bear in mind an average webcammer that works reguarlar 4 or 5 days a week for a few hours , will make about 1000-1500 in dollars a week ..if they are any good at it and have routine ...

compare to that escorting .. say girl is making 2 clients a day , 5 days a week , say its 300dollars a punt, so 600bucks a day, combine that with say some webcam as well .. .it blows porn shoots out of the water .. and as has been mentioned there isnt the volume of shoots for models basically ...

hence so many models are escorts/webcammers as well , they all compliement each other be it straight females or ts models ...

back to Bucks original point ,, i dont see any difference between a porn shoot or escort job .. its getting paid to get laid .. sex is sex , ,onyl difference is one is sex for an audience the other is for one person ..

There is a huge difference between escorting and porn work.

In the former, the girl does not get to choose who she fucks and is expected to meet the client's demands.
In the latter, the girl chooses both who she fucks and the boundaries she is comfortable with before committing to doing the job (and she can back out if what is said and what actually happens are not the same thing).

Lol...I didn't have a choice in any of the guys I performed with.the only time a girl may have a choice is if the producer has multiple male models or brings her own guys.bigger companies/studios may have a selection but that isn't always the case.

I love ya doll, but that is just flat out wrong. I've never done business with anyone who I did not personally approve of. I've sent dudes packing before they ever stepped inside my house and I've turned right around in hotel lobbies at first sight. Why wouldn't I be able to? I also have a nice little set of 'dos and donts' that a customer must agree to or else they don't get past the email stage let alone get my number or address.

Anytime I've been on set I just spread my cheeks for whoever I'm paired up with for the scene, no fuss no muss - I don't make waves during a production and I take whatever they decide to pay me with a smile and a hand shake.

My point is not so much about the money earnef or the choice of partners. The randomness and horror stories about both porn and escorting, as well as the personal and healt issues both have = each other out. My point is most folks on this site put down escorts and have no respect for them, while porn stars are treated differently, and to me for no valid reasons. I also undetstand that some woman have many streams of income that include stripping, escorting, cam work, websites, etc. My point is the different treament. My view is esorting is ..well I save that as no one is interested in my views, rightly so.
