    Anyone know if birchplace.com. is down?
    Been trying to log in all day and cant get anything

    It is currently unavailable but hey can you tell the difference?

    It's the weekend - a popular time for doing server soft/hard upgrades, database enhancements etc. then it's not totally unsurprising.

    It happens quite a lot. I'm not a fan of the new changes made to the site. Is there anybody who prefers the new Birchplace and why?

    Seems to be back up and running now but I agree that its all rather crap compared to the old site - slow, glitchy, some features not available unless you pay for gold membership and most of the administrators seem to be up their own arse.
