Maria Haaning - Youngest Dane to have completed SRS

I just read a interview in the Danish MetroXpress today, about the youngest person in Denmark having completed a sexual reassigment surgery. Her name is Maria Haaning and she just published a autobiography called "Ham & Mig" (in English that's "Him & Me"). She's 22 now and had her SRS at 18.

She was on Danish national TV yesterday too (Watch it here: http://go.tv2.dk/articledag/id-53774...orside&forside), but I guess not many of you will be able to understand what she is saying

I just think it's quite an amazing transformation she has been through and thought it might be further inspiration and motivation to some people browsing this board.

Yeah, she is pretty amazing. In the newspaper article it says she has used around 200.000 DKr on her transformation, which is close to $35.000, so she has certainly paid the price. Not to mention all the bullying she apparently went through all through childhood as well as the unbearable pain of the surgery.

So all credits to her and every other girl like her!

Sorry for bringing this topic back to life, but I was just looking through my old topics, to see what had happened. When I saw this, I decided to Google Maria again and I found that she had been in a Danish reality-TV show called "Fristet" ("Tempted" in English). I hate reality-TV, so I haven't seen the show and she also used the name Maria Rosé in this show. However, I found some more pictures of this cute and beautiful girl, including a before/after pic.
