Hard to find a tasty tomato these days. All the supermarkets offer tasteless and often mushy stuff. Best to get em direct from the farm or failing that from the farmers' market.

They’re made to grow too fast; they’re just filled with water. But if you find good ones, cooking them will squish the taste out…
