Dany was living and working in Madrid last year. The number she was using for business no longer works (tho she may have switched it off because she's fed up of people phoning to ask if she's still alive....) and her various ads on escort websites there have lapsed.

A few years ago Dany had Belle's Palsy, which (along with other similar palsies) is sometimes associated with HIV/AIDS. She was very unwell, as can be seen from pictures she did at the time. But there are other possible causes for palsies, including nerve damage during facial surgery, which she also underwent around then.

Reports from people who met her in the last year or so are not encouraging, and suggest that she looked very ill. Several other well-known (well, relatively) Brazilian TS escorts are working in Madrid, one of them might know what happened. Someone with decent Brazilian Portuguese might be able to find out more.

The Spanish are a tolerant bunch but their media would probably not give much publicity to the death of a transsexual prostitute, whether she had fucked in a few low-budget movies or not.

If she died, it may not necessarily have been of AIDS. Suicide or murder are also possible, even though Spain is relatively safe for TS.

I sincerely hope she's alive and well and living quiet. But I have been suspicious for a couple of months that either something bad had happened, or she had gone back home.
