You could Google the number yourself and the email addy......

A shouting e-mail (in all capitals), spelling and grammatical errors and four pleas to get back to him. Also the phrase 'BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR STATE' suggests this gets sent as a generic text to others.

Suggest you block your number before you do that - don't forget there was a nasty person who had a go at Adriana a while back.
