As long as you have physical contact between ANY two people, you can never be 100% safe.
You can minimize those risks. Oral with a condom would be very unlikely to pass on any STD's. Un-protected oral has risks but some common sense would make them minimal. ie; using anti-bacterial soap before and after, by not putting anything in your mouth (or putting anything in a mouth) that doesn't look healthy (spots, sores, open cuts). Washing your mouth with anti-bacterial mouthwash immediately after, etc.

If you are going to worry about it - best not to do.
