"Texas's Sweetest Transsexual" & multi-award nominated pornstar, Lexi Wade will be soon visiting New York City for her very first time to celebrate her two year anniversary in the adult film industry from Thursday, August 16th until Monday, August 20th. "It only seems like yesterday when I was packing my suitcase to fly to Ft. Lauderdale for the first time... and now it's been two years?! It's all happened so fast! I can honestly say that I've been blessed to have such the support and love from my fans, other pornstars, photographers... & the list goes on!"

Earlier in July, Lexi was asked to write an article on trans-equality, based on her "Rosie the Riveter" pose & poster as seen by editors of SwishPride.org - an organization that was founded in 2003 in kind support to LGBT advocacy & in 2011 brought numerous supporters together to rally and connect over social media with the New Yorkers United for Marriage campaign, and helped pass New York’s landmark marriage equality bill in the state legislature. As Swish is a non-profit organization and changing laws is critical, so is changing hearts and minds.

After submitting an article on trans-equality, releasing in the August 2012 edition of Swish Voices, Lexi Wade & her team were brainstorming ideas with ways to help raise funds while visiting NYC... and we have come up with a NEW way of fundraising: "Win A Date with Lexi Wade" - There is an entry fee of $25.00 that fully benefits SwishPride.org and with each $25.00 entry, your name will be entered into the contest. (Example: James Smith lives in NYC & wants to donate $200, so his name would be entered into the contest 8 times)

"Win A Date with Lexi Wade" will be a night spent with one lucky fan who is located in NYC and will be a dinner date along with a night spent on the town on the evening of Saturday, August 18th.
