The warning was in the scene's description and story. The warning suggested if you can't handle fisting and prolapse then don't watch the last few minutes. So wait people are turned off by fisting won't be able to watching the cum shot. If they made a edited version for people who dislike fisting then this wouldn't be a huge issue.
