First ladies of transsexuality

Here's a few I found. All cabaret "female impersonnators". In order, Coccinelle, Capucine, Holy White, Toby Marsh and Terry Noel. All lovely. Some of them transitioned, some didn't, but hey! they all looked so beautiful it's almost beyond belief...

I think in fact, even if the pic is entitled “Jean”, it’s the same person as in the next one, it’s Toby Marsh. Incredible pair of legs! Can you believe how beautiful they were? We’re talking the 50s and 60s. They were all amongst the first to take hormones regularly for those who did…

I don't have any name for several of those, unfortunately. The third, fourth and fifth are Kim Christie, the sixth is Olympia.

The only name I've seen for the first two pictures is "Robin Roberts", and I saw that in an old issue of Female Mimics International published by Kim Christy. But I sure would like the know the names of the last two ladies and are they still with us?
