I would strongly disagree with you. it is not a sugar daddy relationship if they don't care with who you sleep or not. Then it become an escort discount for been a regular.

If i am in relationship with someone and the person does not care with whom i sleep with or not, i wouldn't be happy, because it can me they don't value me that much.

For me the main difference is:
-escort: it is purely sexual.
