Actually Black performers are probably overrepresented in most media in the US. Based on 2010 stats African American make up about 12% of the population where Hispanic/Latino's make up about 16.5%. In general though you see more black people in most entertainment than Latino Hispanic people. Not saying it's bad that black people are over-represented in entertainment - people succeed on talent - just noting that in say music or pro sport you would think that there was a much higher % of the US population than the 12% and that kind of perception may be leading to the perception they are underrepresented in porn.

In general if 1 in 9 or 10 guys in porn scenes are black that's actually about the right number on demographics. If anyone is underrepresented on the male side it's probably latin guys (as it seems to be in most media).

As for the girls the numbers of Black, Hispanic or Latino girls are clearly higher than the average and while Native Americans make up 1% of the population of the US there are quite a few of those girls working right now.

In the end with porn it all comes down to what sells. I think the guys in porn are usually cyphers for the viewer so you would expect the majority of them to reflect the majority of the population - (whitebread generic guys) whilst the girls are more about fantasy so they tend to skew towards more exotic looking girls rather than being as heavily anglo.
