I recently found this place and am also a gamer.

I have been playing 3D Sexvilla 2 a little too much.Mainly combines 2 things I love games and porn with shemales.
Not really a game per say.
But you can create your own scenes and animations.

I had mine since launch and i love the handheld (own 12 games). Sony needs more 3rd party support, but i am sure developers will jump on ship after a year like they did with the PSP ( had that at launch too).
