how do you screan agency offers?

So i got an email from an agency in Stüttgart that found me, saying they want to work with me for 2 weeks there. That they are top agency, they will make me earn more per hour than i do today.....Etc

so here is the question, for girls with more experience than me. How do you know if they are serious or not, really got client or not? what question to ask them if i talk with them, and any way i can double check what they say or find more info about them?
