I can't speak to the situations of Kimber and Sarina, but hormones affect functionality for some but not all women.

That is a fact. It is harder, but not impossible, for me to cum now and I know at least two different girls personally who can no longer cum at all. And yes apparently some of the girls you have mentioned along with some others can no longer cum in a traditional sense.
