Depends what they're for. If your doing porn than as long as they're smaller than your head, your doing ok.
If they are there to keep you warm at night then adjust according to your climate...

but as a boob loving guy , the bigger the better!

On a transgender women? No, certainly not. Fake breasts in general look, well fake. And in the case of most transgendered ladies seem to highlight that they are not genetically female. NOW this is not always the case. I can think of a few fake busted lady that just drive me wild!
