I'm a huge basketball junkie and former player at the HS level. In my school we only had a decent team, but still anybody on our team could get pretty much any girl in the school we wanted. I would think any escort would be smart in keeping quiet about her clientele. If people find out she's been gossiping, then it's going to just hurt business. But I have no doubt there's probably a lot more pro athletes and celebs that go out with ts escorts.

A Breach Of Contract Suit at most . I don't even think it involves a Tort . It would be purely Civil in nature between 2 people . The big thing is that the suit would be brought by the Client, not the Provider. If that happens, he/she would get alot of Publicity and would actually admit that it did occur by filing suit . If he/she either ignores or denies it, then it is just a rumor attributed to a TS Escort .

As I said earlier Confidentiality Agreement are Null & Void / Unenforcible were Criminal Activity and/or Fraud are involved .
