I'm a guy and I do squats I don't want my butt heading south lol But buttock exercises is essential, genetics is a plus, but to exercise and eat right will help. I don't know about the hormones helping one get a nice butt or surgery is expensive, that will happen over and over if you don't exercise and you don't want to keep spending money every 3 years or so.

Go get out on that tread mill and walk it out!!!

I bought my ass off of a transient in a back alley behind a 24-hour convenience shop. Dude was trying to sell me crack. I got confused and thought he was talking about ass crack, but before I could explain myself, he was pushing somebody's severed ass cheeks at me. He said "40 bucks, and I'll throw in the superglue and staples", so I went for it. Damn good deal, too. From a distance you can't really see the staples.
