It's one of those reserved words that only sounds right when a transsexual says it. When you say 'fish', it just comes across weird. Usually we'll refer to genetic women as GG's 'round here. 'Women' is acceptable too. No real need to add flair to it.

The answer? The answer is neither and both at the same time. Everybody is different. Some transsexuals only mess with dudes, some with women, some on top, and some on bottom. It's a crazy world, man. You can't fit everybody into a box anymore.
