We have no idea as to what transpired before the video. Yes it does look very vicious to kick a man when he is down. Real example: Last week, someone called the police seeing that some teenage youth were beating a man up. Turns out the man, was on the run from the police, after stabbing one the youth's mother eight times, twelve days previously. I was told that the youth had called the police, after spotting the man, but they had not responded, but when someone else called, during the assault, the police came right away. The youth were told, by the police, that they could have been arrested for assault, but the policeman, declined to do so.

So in other words, there is sometimes more, than what meets the eye, to a story.
