Is that a difficult degree to get accepted in to university? That would be an enjoyable one to do. Wouldn't mind giving that a go myself. What qualifications do you need there?

Ahh i dont have to pay STeven the government pay for the course for me as I am a Mature Studend and part of a Minority .. so i tick their special boxes to look good think i only have to pay like 5% of the total fee lol

i got in as i am a mature student and i have physical working experience, equipment etc , also added i actually want to learn some new skills unlike alot of students that are just work dodgers ..

well i want to learn about the cinema shooting methods ... directing work ,, its a really involved course , but as i want to move into more mainstream movie/telly production later on i feel it will be a benift ..

Starting shooting my short movie for the summer film festivals .. shooting a quirky zombie film called Alan i have wrote .. shooting it all on a Canon 7D

Libby which software is good for hd 1080p avchd format? Have you used any with the canon?

It still going to cost you. Seriously, it's pap. You'd be better working for free on some indie movies, watching all the movie makers and reading books. I was one of the few to actually get work in the industry after graduating and even now, I'm still the only person in my class to actually have made some films that have been released

You have to have equality for the transgender minority community. Thats law with employers and any courses etc

minority as in i am transsexual .. the government like to have a min amount of ethnic/gay/lesbian/TS people in various roles/education/jobs ... i have no idea why .. but its good for me and it seems that they have a lack of TS in the courses i want to do ..

I had a play with the Canon 7d on weekend seems simple enough .... editing wise you can use AVID , FCP , even the Sony VEGAS software is pretty neat .
