Its the same with GGs. I don't think TS are better than GGs especially for the reasons that you mentioned. Each are better in their own way. Mods would do well to create a space with some actual information on HIV. Ignorance kills and the prejudice and fear of those with hiv especially when talking about a population with one of the highest infection rates isn't doing anyone a favor. It's a virus not a moral condition and pretty hard to catch unless you play bb russian roulette. the odds statistically are if you see 5 different providers one of them had HIV. the crime here would be to discourage testing with prejudice and ignorance that imo mirrors the ignorance about transitioning as well. Get tested do yourself and the world a favor clients and providers. the most dangerous person from a public health perspective is the one who doesn't want to know.

Oh and food for thought for the clients who I have read making some really incredible statements on there right to know provider status on some threads..... In public health you are called bridge populations because you drive the spread of the disease between diverse groups that otherwise would not have interactions When you start telling woman you date or your wives you are a member an epidimological bridge group for hiv you deserve to know provider status imo.
