Wow. Doing google searches on tranny clubs in LA is tough. Things change FAST!! Cobra...uh no, now it's Blue Moon...wait, now that's gone.

So it looks to me like there are really only 2 options (other than the Industrial Strip Club):


1. Club Shine @ Oxwood - Looks like Staurday night is the night. True??

2. Cobra - Can't tell if Saturday or Sunday is the bigger night. Anyone?

3. Plaza?? Couldn't tell if that's still a place to go (no website).

Where do most of the girls on HA go on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday?

Straight clubs..... What transwoman wants to go to a "gay" club... For my woman brain.. On my "off the clock" mind... I would perfer a straight club.. Usually where rihanna, chris brown, the game and so on and so on are at... Im there when im in l.a......... Tranny clubs.... I would not even bother.. Unless its for a gurlfriend or a good cause. Then ill show support.. But on myyyyy personal time... Kick rocks lol.. But cobra is ur best bet..... Is michael on here? I met him there b 4.... Hes a local and all over the blktgirls forums..

Hmmm. OK. Well, "transwomen" DO go to tranny clubs...or they wouldn't BE called tranny clubs.

I do! I think the problem is that most t-bars turn into places for working girls. There's only 1 known bar for trans people here in Toronto and it's a sex club. Most of the girls I know go to straight clubs when they want to party but t-clubs when they want to work.

however I think that because there's a lack of bars that don't make them specifically for working here in TO, that these girls dont' go to them.

Most people go to bars and clubs to meet people, dance and hook up. It just seems that there's a lack of accessible places for this to happen for tgirls safely.

It's either I go to a t-club and have to tell the guys "sorry no I'm not working and don't want to go upstairs to booths"

or at a straight club meeting someone and then having to always have the awkward conversation of "so there's something I have to tell you..."

would just be nice for there to be a place so none of the above happens as much...where you could just dance, have fun and go with the flow..like most gg's do when they go to a club/bar.

btw: i was with jay z, lady gaga and simon cowell the other day and we were discussing the very issue- how we'd never be seen in a transclub unless we were there for charity or to donate a couple hundred thousand. i believe you're the first tranny i've seen that rolls in the same league as us.
