I think it's a bit like Second life, just centred around transsexual women doing sexy-type things.
Kelly, you could go on it and make a character called Kelly,
and make her look just like you. For the engaging fantasy aspect,
you could make your character live in a bigger apartment, only with neighbours who don't annoy you!
