A few years ago lots of ppl were complaining about Tom Moore beeing in nearly every film.

Nowadays this guy could be/is Christian. BUT(!) I don't see that many complains about him. So that means Christian is more likable by the majority?

There does seem to be a few more guys in porn now...but since two names seem to get mentioned , I'll just comment on those (and a few whose names I don't know). To me there is a vast difference between Christian and someone like Tom Moore. Christian is a decent looking guy who keeps himself in shape and even seems to have some chemistry with some of the girls he performs with. Christian also comes across as a man regardless of the sex act he performs with the girl(s) in the movie.He's a real dude.

TM on the other hand...well it's all been pretty much said, hasn't it? I'm sure even Mr. Moore recognizes he's not a good looking guy (the wig wearing Yeti in the ladyboy films probably does too)...but he can laugh about it...

The question is - why is this important? (or why is this important to me?)

Lot's of posters, in other threads on the same subject, mention that it doesn't matter what the guy in a porn looks like, they only care about the girl. I don't know if they are always being honest, but I will take them at their word ...(which really means: I think a lot of them are lying...lol)

In all honesty, I don't generally care what the guy looks like either...as long as there isn't anything too distracting there. Porn is about fantasy...fantasy that is meant to arouse. To me - it's harder to be aroused when, for instance, there is a pretty Asian TS in a scene all ready to fuck...and all of a sudden she's blowing a subhuman that has more brillo body hair than Mighty Joe Young (I imagine, right or wrong, that with all that matting there might even be an unpleasant odor in the room )...and wearing an incredible cheap rug that looks like he slapped it on like a baseball cap (I'm talking about the Yeti). I'll still get there eventually...but it becomes just a touch more difficult than it had to be...or that actor (don't know his name either) with the gigantic hook nose...that thing covers half the screen-how can it not be distracting? Mr. Moore ruins the aesthetic by wearing nipple rings on flabby body and lisping (really, why speak at all?)...and , well things that have already been mentioned...(albino looking, etc.). he would probably greatly help the cause by going to the gym,getting rid of the piercings and not speaking ...EVER.
Actually TM doesn't bother me that much anymore...you kinda get used to it after awhile...lol.

..But if the male talent in porn is going to be a surrogate for me, the viewer...then that is a lot easier to achieve if he's decent looking, in shape...and acts like a relatively normal human being.

...partly because I'm going to have a harder time having a momentary fantasy relationship with a hot chick that's willing to have piggy sex with someone far more repulsive than me. For other viewers, that could actually be a turn-on, but not for me.
