To be honest I'm not even sure how looking up that definition would help answer a personal question that might be different for some. I know what a preop is and what a post-op is. The question was how many wanted to make the transition and how they felt about guys who liked them for the very thing they wanted to change about themselves. If that's too complicated you can always continue to look up knew words in the dictionary. Perhaps one day even "smh" will make its way in there.

Good question. To be honest I think the surgery would make a difference. However, that doesn't mean that her cock was the ONLY reason I liked her. But I'd be crazy to say that physical attractiveness is not an important aspect of any healthy relationship.

It works both ways for me. If I was dating a GG and I came home and she had a cock it would be a turn off because I was attracted to her the way she was. I know guy have threads about girls they wish had cocks but at least for me, if I find you physically attractive from the beginning then there's nothing that needs to be changed.
